The Wright Family
We are Philip & Sarah Wright, and we have two wonderful children, Arya and Kaladin. Together, God is leading our family to move to Cambodia and serve as missionaries with the World Initiative Network, through the BBFI. Philip has served as an Associate Pastor at New Life Baptist Church in Wabash, Indiana for nine years and Sarah practices as a Nurse Practitioner. We are ready to take the talents God has given us to care for people both spiritually and physically as we follow God’s call to a new mission field—the Kingdom of Cambodia!

Kaladin Wright
Kaladin David was born in early 2023 and is an absolute joy! Kaladin loves cuddling with Mommy & Daddy, spending time with his big sister Arya, and being held by anyone who will pick him up.
Arya Wright
Arya Grace is our 3 years old little girl. She is a fun, outgoing ray of sunshine in our lives. She loves to meet new friends, run and play, and go on “dates” to the zoo with Mom and Dad.
Sarah Wright
Hi, I’m Sarah. My grandmother led me to Christ in 1st grade. In 2012 I began attending our home Church, New Life, and discovered my passion to serve God & others. Within a couple of years, I was serving in youth and worship ministry alongside Philip and have been doing that for 9 years now.
From a young age I knew that I wanted to help other people in the medical field. In 2017 I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Nursing. And then in 2018 on our 2nd trip to Cambodia we knew God was calling us to surrender to be missionaries.
After praying about it, I went back to school for my master’s degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in order to help more effectively care for people on the mission field.
I love to read, go on family adventures, and see new places together!
Philip Wright
Hi, my name is Philip. I grew up in a Christian home and our family faithfully attended Church. It wasn’t until the age of 14 that I truly placed my faith in Jesus Christ as my personal savior. By the age of 16 I knew that God was calling me into ministry, and I enrolled in Bible College after High School.
During my sophomore year of College, I became the interim Youth & Worship Pastor at my home church, New Life. That summer Sarah and I got married and I became the full-time Assistant Pastor!
After 9 years we are leaving our home church, our family, and everything we know because God has called us to take the Gospel to the country of Cambodia. The who are lost is great, but God is greater, so we are ready for whatever He has for us!

Our whole family loves seeing God’s creation, so if we have free time while visiting a new area the first place we research is the local Zoo!
